Yaḥyā Makkī that a man called Dhafif said that Ibn ‘Abbās was asked about coitus interruptus, He called a slave-girl and said, “Tell them,” She was embarrassed. He said, “It is all right, and I do it myself.” Mālik said, “A man does not practise coitus interruptus with a freewoman unless she gives her permission. there is no harm in practising coitus interruptus with a slave-girl without her permission. Someone who has someone else’s slave-girl as a wife does not practise coitus interruptus with her unless her people give him permission.” - Fiqh Muwatta 29.34-100 (islam)

The reaching puberty of a boy is by way of nocturnal emission (i.e. a wet
dream), ejaculation, or by his causing pregnancy when he has sexual
intercourse.
If [any of] that is not found, then [he is a minor] until he has completed
eighteen years [of age], according to Abū Ḥanīfah, may Allah have mercy on
him.
The reaching puberty of a girl is by way of menstruation, nocturnal
emission, or pregnancy.
If [none of] that exists, then [she is a minor] until she has completed
seventeen years [of age].
Abū Yūsuf and Muḥammad, may Allah have mercy on them, said that
when the boy and the girl have completed fifteen years of age then they have
attained puberty.
When a boy or girl approach puberty, and their position concerning
majority is difficult [to ascertain], and they say that they have attained
majority, then their statement [is accepted] and the judgements [on them] are
the judgements on mature people. - Fiqh Quduri 63-2-1 (islam)

A waltmg period is obligatory for a woman divorced after intercourse, whether the husband and wife are prepubescent, have reached puberty, or one has and the other has not.
Intercourse means copulation (def: n7. 7). If the husband was alone with her but did not copulate with her, and then divorced her, there is no waiting period. - Fiqh Umdat n9.2 (islam)

And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. And lawful to you are [all others] beyond these, [provided] that you seek them [in marriage] with [gifts from] your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy [of marriage] from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Not lawful to you, [O Muhammad], are [any additional] women after [this], nor [is it] for you to exchange them for [other] wives, even if their beauty were to please you, except what your right hand possesses. We certainly know what We have made obligatory upon them concerning their wives and those their right hands possess, [but this is for you] in order that there will be upon you no discomfort. 0 Abu Sa'id, did you hear Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) mentioning al-'azl? He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the expedition to the Bi'l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing 'azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid-conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah's Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah's Mes- senger (ﷺ), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born. - Hadith Muslim 1438a (islam)

And whoever among you cannot [find] the means to marry free, believing women, then [he may marry] from those whom your right hands possess of believing slave girls. And Allah is most knowing about your faith. You [believers] are of one another. So marry them with the permission of their people and give them their due compensation according to what is acceptable. [They should be] chaste, neither [of] those who commit unlawful intercourse randomly nor those who take [secret] lovers. But once they are sheltered in marriage, if they should commit adultery, then for them is half the punishment for free [unmarried] women. taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, "Don't you see
this (i.e. `Ali)?" When we reached the Prophet (ﷺ) I mentioned that to him. He said, "O Buraida! Do you
hate `Ali?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that from the
